No goals or results for these years. A CPUC administrator loads each goals decision on the goal sets page.

TSB goals leave codes and standards out; their savings count toward the codes-and-standards goals. No counting rules are loaded, so only each IOU's own results count toward its territory.

One file holds every series shown, with a Series column first and each series' rows and total in turn.

Each file records its release, when its data last changed, the snapshots it was read from, the filters and the canonical field names. How each metric is defined.

The measure-level records these rows add up, with the same years, filters and exclusions, and the key columns. To choose other columns, or to look through the records first, open them on the records page.

Help with this page: Dashboard: goals

Results against the CPUC's energy efficiency goals for each IOU territory, as annual targets or cumulative cycle goals. A CCA's or REN's results count toward a territory only as the goal decision's counting rules say.

Codes and standards, Energy Savings Assistance and pension and benefits are left out, as goals count them. The goals come from the confirmed goal set in force; until one covers the years, the page says there is no goal to compare with.
