Feedback and support
This site has no support address set yet. The CPUC sets it for each site (the CEDARS_SUPPORT_EMAIL setting); until then, ask your organization's CEDARS administrator.
A tour for new users
The tour walks through the front page and the main parts of CEDARS one step at a time. It works with a keyboard and a screen reader, and Escape leaves it at any step.
Frequently asked questions
Short answers with worked examples: uploads that are too large, compiled claims quarters, portfolio ratios, the API and more.
Changes and limits
Every change to the specifications, rules, limits or system is announced in the release notes before it takes effect. The Limits page lists every limit as it stands now.
