Help: Your sign-in and security settings
Help, signing in and the front page
The pages for your account's security, your second factor (the authenticator app), recovery codes, security keys, email addresses and password. Changing any of them asks you to confirm it is you first.
Recovery codes sign you in once each if you lose your authenticator app. Keep them somewhere safe, and make new ones when they run low; making new ones replaces the old.
A tour of the page
On the page, the (?) beside the heading opens this help, and Take a tour of this page shows these steps one at a time beside the part of the page each describes. Some steps are only for parts that some people see, or that only some pages of this kind have.
