Help: An organization
Your account and administration
One organization's details, its codes (with the years each was in use), its members and their permissions, access requests waiting for a decision, the yearly recertification and its API tokens.
Its administrators grant and revoke permissions, approve or decline requests and certify each grant at recertification. CPUC system administrators change its name, PA type and code; a renamed code keeps its history, and an organization recorded under an old code can be merged in.
How to
- Grant gives a member a permission; Revoke takes one away and Remove member takes them out of the organization.
- Grant template gives a member every permission of a role template (such as Evaluator or Consultant) at once.
- Approve or Decline each access request waiting for a decision.
- Start a recertification, then Certify each grant to keep it or Remove it; Reinstate restores a suspended grant.
- CPUC system administrators Save details, Rename the code, Record a former code or Merge another organization into this one.
