Help: Record downloads

Portfolio dashboard and record downloads

The published measure-level records for every PA in one file. Choose which records (data set, filing, years, PAs, programs, measures, exclusions) and which columns, look through them on the page, then download them as CSV, Excel or Parquet.

Records hold every published program unless you leave some out. A set larger than can be made while you wait is made in the background once you are signed in; you are told when it is ready and it waits under Your downloads.

User guide: Finding published data

A tour of the page

On the page, the (?) beside the heading opens this help, and Take a tour of this page shows these steps one at a time beside the part of the page each describes. Some steps are only for parts that some people see, or that only some pages of this kind have.

  1. Which records

The data set, the forecast filing, the years, the PAs and any programs or measures. Choose, then Show these records.

  2. More filters and exclusions

Sectors, delivery and the programs left out (codes and standards, ESA, pension and benefits, programs excluded from cost effectiveness).

  3. Columns

Start from a preset, then tick columns group by group. The count says how many you have chosen.

  4. Download

How many records match, their totals, and the files. A large set is made in the background.

  5. Your default columns

Signed in, make the columns you chose your own default, so the page starts from them instead of the key columns.

  6. The records

The chosen columns, a page at a time, so you can check them before you download.

  7. Saved views

Views of the records page you can open. Signed in, save these records and columns under a name to open again or share.

  8. Help on every page

The question mark beside a page's heading opens this page's guide and its tour. All of Help, with the user guides and how to get support, is in the header.
