Help: Saved views

Portfolio dashboard and record downloads

Dashboard pages and the records page saved with their choices (years, filters, metric, and for records the columns). A view keeps the choices, not the numbers, so it always opens on the data published now.

Your views are yours to change, share with named people or your organization, or ask the CPUC to publish. Views others shared with you, and views the CPUC published for everyone, are listed too; anyone can open a published view without signing in.

How to

• Save a view from the Saved views part at the bottom of any dashboard page or the records page.
• Select a view's name for its details, sharing and publication; Open goes straight to the page with its choices.

A tour of the page

On the page, the (?) beside the heading opens this help, and Take a tour of this page shows these steps one at a time beside the part of the page each describes. Some steps are only for parts that some people see, or that only some pages of this kind have.

1. Waiting to be published

   For CPUC system administrators, the views their owners asked to publish. Select one to publish it or decline.

2. Your views

   The views you saved, who can open each, and when each last changed.

3. Shared with you

   Views others shared with you by name or with your organization. Save a copy to change one.

4. Published views

   Views the CPUC published for everyone.

5. Help on every page

   The question mark beside a page's heading opens this page's guide and its tour. All of Help, with the user guides and how to get support, is in the header.
