Documents and evaluation studies
Comments and questions on a document, version by version, with the responses from CPUC Energy Division, the PAs and the evaluator. They are public, with their author's name and organization.
While a version's comment period is open, anyone signed in can comment or ask a question, and withdraw their own. The document's managers open and change comment periods, and respond.
