Documents and evaluation studies

The study lists and budget tables each EM&V plan compiles, from the register, the number of studies and their budgets by type, sector, lead, status and group, planned against completed. Canceled studies are left out. A study with several sectors counts in each sector, so that table can add up to more than the total.
