Help: The sign-in code

Help, signing in and the front page

Every CEDARS account signs in with a second factor. Open your authenticator app and enter the six-digit code it shows for CEDARS; the code changes every 30 seconds.

Lost your phone? A recovery code works in place of the app's code, once each. If you have none left, ask your organization's administrator or support.

A tour of the page

1. Your code

   The six-digit code from your authenticator app, or a recovery code. Cancel and sign out if you started by mistake.

2. Help on every page

   The question mark beside a page's heading opens this page's guide and its tour. All of Help, with the user guides and how to get support, is in the header.
