Help: A draft release note
Release notes and limits
For CPUC system administrators. List the note's changes, each with its kind, the part of CEDARS it touches, what changes and what people need to do, then publish it. A note needs at least one change and a date after today.
Once published it cannot be edited. Until then you can change its title, release, summary or date, or discard it.
How to
- Add a change for each thing that changes; a limit change names its limit and the new value.
- Publish; if it takes effect sooner than the usual notice period, say why it cannot wait.
A tour of the page
On the page, the (?) beside the heading opens this help, and Take a tour of this page shows these steps one at a time beside the part of the page each describes. Some steps are only for parts that some people see, or that only some pages of this kind have.
-
Its changes
Every change listed so far, each with a Remove button.
-
Add a change
The kind, the part of CEDARS, what changes and what to do; a limit change also names the limit and its new value.
-
Publish
Publishing tells everyone subscribed to release notes. A shorter notice than usual needs a reason, shown with the note.

Help on every page
The question mark beside a page's heading opens this page's guide and its tour. All of Help, with the user guides and how to get support, is in the header.
