Help: Statewide allocation factors
Your account and administration
The share of each statewide program each funding PA carries, by year. Everyone signed in can read every version. Each version is a complete table of factors; a confirmed version never changes, and filings, claims and runs record the version they used. A run that names none uses the most recently confirmed version with factors for its program year.
The funding PAs manage the factors. Their organization administrators grant the permission to manage them to members; a member with it loads a draft and confirms or discards it, and the other funding PAs are told. The CPUC can do the same.
How to
- Open a version for its factors, checks and history, or to download it.
- With the permission to manage the factors, Load as a draft takes a factor file; check the draft on its page before you confirm it.
