Uploading, checking, pricing and confirming a budget filing; comparing versions; fund shifts and the operating budget.
Who it is for: Program administrators. Revised for CEDARS release 0.2.0; this site runs release 0.2.0 (release notes).
Budget filings follow the four-year program cycle: an application, then true-up and mid-cycle advice letters. Budgets lists each cycle's filings and due dates.
First steps
- Upload one .zip with Measure.csv and ProgramCost.csv, or one Excel workbook with those sheets. CEDARS' or CET's field names both work.
- Check: fix what the findings list and upload again.
- Price: once nothing is rejected, CEDARS runs the cost-effectiveness calculation.
- Confirm to publish. After the due date, a correction is a new version with a reason.

- Fund shifts: move budget between programs within the cycle.
- Compare two versions of a filing.
- Filing calendar: every due date.
