Help: A fund shift
Budgets and fund shifts
What a fund shift moves, each PA's part, and where it stands. A draft can be changed and submitted; a submitted shift waits for each co-funding PA to acknowledge its portion of any statewide lines, then takes effect.
Problems that stop it being submitted are listed above the Submit button; warnings do not block it. The PA that made it may withdraw it until it takes effect.
How to
- While the shift is a draft, enter or change its amounts, then Submit the shift.
- A co-funding PA places its portion and acknowledges from here; the PA that made it may Withdraw the shift until it takes effect.
