Budgets and fund shifts
One line per program and year. A negative amount moves money out of that program year and a positive one moves it in; the lines must add up to zero. Blank lines are ignored.
A statewide program's line is the change to the whole program. Each funding PA's portion of it changes by its allocation factor.
How to
- Enter each program and year with its amount; Save and add more lines keeps the form open for more.
- Save when the lines add up to zero, then submit the shift from its page.
