Help: Fund shifts
Budgets and fund shifts
A fund shift moves dollars between programs within a cycle, across its program years if need be. It is not a budget filing; the standing filing plus the shifts in effect is the operating budget.
A shift that touches a statewide program changes each co-funding PA's portion too. Each co-funder acknowledges it and says where its portion goes among its own programs; the shift takes effect once all have.
How to
- New fund shift starts one for the organization you act for.
- {'The operating budget for each cycle is linked under the description': "your PA's, or for CPUC staff every PA's to choose from."}
