Monthly reports

What a correction to a published monthly report changed. The facts give when it was published, the version it corrects (kept as it was confirmed), the correction and its reason.

The table lists each program whose spend, commitments or estimates changed, before and after, with the total. The estimates are priced from the year-to-date inputs and are never part of a claim; a version that was not priced shows them blank.
