What a monthly report holds, how spending is compared with the operating budget, and the 13th-month report.
Who it is for: Program administrators. Revised for CEDARS release 0.2.0; this site runs release 0.2.0 (release notes).
Each month a PA reports its commitments and the year's inputs so far. Monthly reports lists the year's months and due dates.
First steps
- Prepare the file's three tables: Commitments (one row per program), Measure and ProgramCost (the year's inputs so far).
- Upload, check, price and confirm, as with budgets and claims.
Spending is compared with the operating budget. Committed incentives are not spending. Savings and total system benefit are estimates, not validated.
