Quarterly and annual claims: the template, uploads compiled over earlier quarters, withdrawals, personal information and corrections.
Who it is for: Program administrators. Revised for CEDARS release 0.2.0; this site runs release 0.2.0 (release notes).
Each claim year is confirmed five times: after each quarter, then with the final annual claims. Claims lists the periods and due dates.
First steps
- Download the claims template (Excel) for the tables and fields.
- Upload only the records new or changed since the last confirmation; CEDARS compiles them with the earlier quarters.
- Check: records are checked against the claims rules and deemed measures against eTRM. Fix and upload again.
- Price the year to date, then confirm. Quarters are confirmed in order.
Contacts and sites never go in the claims file: upload them separately on the period's page (needs the PII permission). To withdraw a claim, list its ClaimID in the next upload's Withdrawal table.
