Changing, adding and deleting single records of a draft filing, partial corrections with a preview, and what is checked and recorded.
Who it is for: Program administrators. Revised for CEDARS release 0.2.0; this site runs release 0.2.0 (release notes).
You can correct records in place only on an open draft (a version not yet confirmed, or the draft an un-confirm or approved reopen leaves). A confirmed version never changes. You need the module's submit permission.
One record at a time
- On the filing's page (a claims period, budget filing or monthly report), choose Correct records.
- Find the record by its key or any value, and open it.
- Change it and choose Save and check. It is checked again at once, with the records it affects.
- Price the version again before confirming.
Many records at once
Upload a partial correction: a file of only the records that change or are new, in the filing's own format. A Delete table lists records to delete. You see every change before it is applied. Limits gives the most records one correction can change.
Every change is recorded in the audit trail with the record before and after.
